Whether you are a private individual or a professional, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days without providing a reason. This policy also applies in cases of defective products, if the product does not meet your expectations, or if the delivered product does not match your order. Our Customer Service is committed to replacing or repairing your device as quickly as possible.

Once your return request is validated, you will receive an email containing all the necessary information.
*For bulky packages, we organize pickup by a carrier.


Defective Product


If you notice a defect in the delivered product, you can initiate a return after validation of your request by our Customer Service. The return shipping costs are on us. If a defect appears during the warranty period, you can request a replacement or repair of the device.

Procedure and Processing Time

After your request is validated by Customer Service, our partner carrier will come to collect the package, equipped with a return label. Upon receipt, the product will be examined in our workshops and will be repaired or replaced if necessary. The processing time is on average 15 working days.


Refund Time


The refund is processed within 14 days following the receipt of the merchandise, after verification conducted and validated by our sales department. Additional information exchanges may prolong the processing time for returns and refunds.
